SMARTBOND® White Technical Characteristics
Two white-coated aluminium facings (RAL 9003) are meticulously bonded to a corrugated core, giving SMARTBOND® exceptional strength and durability. The top and bottom aluminium skins each have a thickness of 0.4 mm, optimising the panel’s lightweight construction at just 3.5 kg/m².
The use of 3000-series aluminium alloy provides excellent foldability, making it an ideal choice for interior fit-outs and sign production. Its recyclable aluminium composition offers excellent machinability, bendability, and bondability, ensuring flexibility across a wide range of applications.
SMARTBOND® is also highly suitable for printing thanks to its excellent adhesion with UV-curable, solvent-based, and latex inks. It can be used for screen printing and post-lacquering, offering outstanding versatility for a variety of graphic applications.
