Antalis Product Price Promotions Terms & Conditions

1.    For the purpose of these terms and conditions the term ‘product price promotion’ includes, but is not limited to:
    a.    individual product price reductions by item or range of items
    b.    multi-buy price reductions
    c.    free gifts given on purchase of a particular item/items
    d.    linked purchases (buy this and get this other product for £xx price)
    e.    clearance ranges
2.    These terms apply to all Antalis product price promotions. Additional terms may apply and these will be detailed within the offer.
3.    In most cases, product price promotions can be redeemed directly with your Antalis Account Manager, or online at www.antalis.ie. There will be some occasions where they can only be redeemed through your Antalis Account Manager and this will be clearly stated on any promotional literature. Where you do not have an Antalis Account Manager, a phone number will be provided to enable you to contact a person who can help you place your order.
4.    All product price promotions are subject to availability and may be removed or amended prior to the displayed expiry date, if the product becomes unavailable. 
5.    Product price promotions are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer or company to which the promotion was initially advertised.
6.    No cash alternative available.
7.    All amounts displayed exclude VAT.
8.    Where a free gift has been offered with a product purchase, if the order is cancelled, returned and monies credited, you may be liable to return the free gift.
9.    Antalis is unable to accept responsibility or provide compensation for any website downtime or technical issues that means the product price promotion is unavailable to purchase online at www.antalis.ie.
10.    Antalis reserves the right to refuse the supply of a product as part of a product price promotion if a customer’s account is on credit hold for any reason, or it is identified that the purchaser is inappropriately misusing the product price promotion.
11.    Antalis’ decision is final in respect of any dispute in connection with any product price promotion.
12.    Orders placed are subject to Antalis’ usual terms and conditions and privacy policy available at www.antalis.ie.
13.    Antalis reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.
