Setup
Store at room temperature (17-23°C), at a relative humidity of 50%, from 24 to 48 hours before use.
Unwrap the paper at the last moment before printing and rewrap it immediately after the print run.
For re-cutting:
- Keep the paper fibre direction (// of the large size) perpendicular to the printing direction
- For grammages above 135g/m2, plan a rejection cut
Printing
Dry offset and web offset with heatset and coldset drying, OCR/ICR – approved from 90g/m2, printing inks: all inks suitable for uncoated paper, reels only: suitable for a limited amount of subsequent laser and ink-jet printing.
Finishing
Folding & finishing : Clamps, thread and adhesive binding.
Recommended - without pre-creasing up to 170g/m2, punching and embossed printing recommended.
Forming
Suitable for perforating, drilling, die cutting.
Folding: parallel to the paper fibre direction (// of the large size).
Scoring: from 170g/m2, scoring with counterpart; from 200g/m2, larger scoring needed on the back of the fold.
Cutting: ensure that the blade of the guillotine is sharp enough to avoid dust deposits.
Storage Recommendations
As with all papers, please ensure this product has acclimatised to the local environment before opening. It is recommended you protect the paper from changes in humidity between different processes. Avoid exposure to excessive heat or cold and uncontrolled humidity
