Rives Basane is an elegant premium paper which textured is directly inspired by an ancient French leather. Basane is in fact the French word for “basil”, a type of leather that was made using sheepskins and tanned with agents of plant origin rather than by the sun.
As a consequence, this history-inspired felt-grain paper, part of the Rives series, is the natural choice if you want to add a sophisticated allure to your business and marketing communications.

Available B1 size (700 x 1000mm), in two shades of white, and four grammages, Rives Basane is particularly suggested for event invitations, catalogue covers and press kits - ideal for luxury packaging or promotional tools.

This Rives assortment is guaranteed for printing and finishing techniques such as offset and UV offset, litho, dry offset, screen printing, hot foil and die stamping. The lighter sheets are suitable for office use, but compatible with inkjet devices only.
